At the outset Mr. Bahri, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 & 3 submits that in case petitioner files a representation before the Transport Commissioner, Haryana in respect of the grievance raised in this petition, the said authority shall consider the representation and take a decision at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the present writ petition with the observation that in case petitioner files a representation before the Transport Commissioner, Haryana within a week from today, same shall be decided within one month thereof.
