The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to initiate legal action by registering an FIR against the private respondents who have threatened and have illegally tried to encroach upon the petitioner's land, and to protect his life and liberty.

A perusal of the record would reveal that notice was issued, pursuant to which a status report by way of an affidavit of Pawan Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Majitha, Amritsar (Rural) (Additional Charge) has been filed by the State. A perusal of the same would reveal that the petitioner was called to record her statement but chose not to come forth to the Police Station. On inquiry, it was found that no attempt was made to illegally dispossess the petitioner of her land. CRM-M-36203-2025 -2amalgamated 2 kanals of Panchayat land in his land and he had also amalgamated government passage into his land causing problems to nearby farmers to carry their agricultural equipment to their respective lands. Therefore, it was recommended to consign the representation to the record.

In view of the findings arrived at during the course of the inquiry, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court at this stage.

Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail her remedies in accordance with law in case she is aggrieved in any manner by the enquiry.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
