Accordingly, Annexure P-9 to P-12 are taken on record. C.W.P No. 5061-2018 Pursuant to advertisement dated 12.02.2016, the petitioners applied against the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) for various subjects and thereafter, they appeared in the written examinations. Thereafter, they gave their objections on 13.07.2018 by email but the Commission without deciding the objection of the petitioners, declared the result of the petitioners.

The petitioners are now challenging the result dated 17.01.2018 and further issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to again prepare roll number wise mark list.

C.W.P No. 5061 of 2018 has already been declared in the month of January, 2018 and the present petition was filed in the month of February, 2018. The petitioners appeared in the written examination and now they cannot challenge the result. Further the present petition was adjourned time and again on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. No ground is made out to quash the result dated 17.01.2018. Dismissed.
