This is a third date of hearing since 03.09.2024 and repeated adjournments have been sought. Today, Ms. Jasleen Kaur, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners and submits that she is not in contact with the petitioners and has no instructions. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition dismissed in default, at this stage, with liberty to file it afresh or seek its revival within one month from today, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. 4.
