**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) It is contended that the petitioner herein was working with Amritsar Aviation Club which was taken over by the State Government under a notification dated 31.03.2015 in which Punjab State Civil Aviation Council was formed to run the Aviation Clubs in Punjab. It is contended that the services of the petitioner have been terminated without issuing of any show cause notice or giving any opportunity of hearing. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early disposal of the legal notice that has been served upon the respondents. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

I propose to dispose of the instant writ petition in view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the respondents-department is directed to Satyawan 2017.03.

CWP No. 774 of 2017 -2decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter.
