This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, in an appeal under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, whereby the challenge was to the order dated 26.03.2019 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.
