***** JASPAL SINGH, J Instant petition has been preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay/release the retiral/monetary and other benefits i.e. DCRG, leave encashment, GPF etc. along with 18% interest for which the petitioner is entitled after the death of her husband. 2.
At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents, to decide legal notice dated 31.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) duly served upon the respondents, within a stipulated period. 3.
