RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.681, dated 12.09.2019, Annexure P-1, under Sections 363, 376, 341, 506(II) IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court at the first instance, for the relief sought.

Allowed as prayed for.
