***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash transfer order dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) whereby, petitioner has impugned his transfer from Sirsa to Gharaunda in District Panipat, alleging violation of instructions dated 07.04.1989 issued by the Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation with the competent authority.

May do so. Disposed ofwith the expectation that competent authority shall look into the pending representation and proceed to pass appropriate orders, if so warranted, by looking into the mitigating circumstances, as pleaded therein.
