Mr. Manchanda, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the order before the appellate authority. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Needless to observe that petitioners shall be at liberty to make a prayer for interim relief, if any, before the appellate authority.
