Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.11 dated 12.04.2022, under Sections 18, 25 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, 'the NDPS Act'), registered at Police Station SSOC, District Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, 'at this stage'. 3.
