(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking following relief:- "Civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the appeal of petitioners pending before respondent No.2 according to law. Further the respondents be restrained from delivering the possession according to the consolidation under challenge till the decision of the appeal of the petitioners. AND/OR Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the peculiar circumstances of the case.
