(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the interim order granted in favour of the other side has already been vacated and therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Forum for the redressal of his grievance in case he feels that the suit is not maintainable. Ordered accordingly.
