***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioners were earlier working as JBT Teachers. They claim that service rendered by them in Government Schools, in District Sirsa in the State of Haryana, be counted for the purpose of service benefits in Punjab as per their current posting.

Learned State counsel has opposed the plea. He submits that the judgments relied upon by the petitioners are not applicable. He, however, submits that a reasoned order shall also be passed by the concerned authority within six weeks.
