**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in his third attempt in case bearing FIR No.225 dated 23.09.2016 registered under Sections 306, 325, 323, 34 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot.

CRM-M No.15716 of 2017 filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits vide order dated 24.05.2017. The signature of the deceased on joint suicide note has been established by the FSL report.

not be arrested due to pendency of CRR No.2109 of 2017, in which, proceedings qua the petitioner were stayed. The aforesaid criminal revision petition has been dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week and file a petition under Section 439 Cr.PC for grant of regular bail.

There is no scope for interference in this petition for grant of anticipatory bail on third occasion. This petition is accordingly dismissed. However, in the event of surrender by the petitioner and filing of a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C, the trial Court shall make every endeavour to decide the same strictly in accordance with law at the earliest.
