(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming the following reliefs:- "i) Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-14) whereby the respondent(s) has decline to provide pension and other related benefits to the petitioner inspite of the fact that petitioner has served the department for the period of 31 years being regular employee.

ii) Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent(s) to provide pension and other related benefits to the petitioner to save the breach of fundamental rights of the MOHD YAKUB 2024.09.18 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CWP No.829 of 2021 (O&M) petitioner and also in view of the services rendered by petitioner to the department for the period of 31 years. iii) Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the period of service of petitioner as her regular services period and considered him as regular employee in the department in view of the policy/instruction dated 25.12.2006 (Annexure P-17) issued by Govt. of Punjab." Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced a copy of the order dated 16.09.2024, whereby the services of the petitioner have been regularized on the post of Nurse Dai w.e.f. 10.04.2006 and she has been considered retired from service from 31.03.2017 and shall also be entitled to all the retiral benefits. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 further submits that all the retiral benefits of the petitioner have been released.

In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. However liberty is granted to the petitioner that if any amount is still due, she shall be at liberty to submit a detailed representation to the respondents and the same shall be considered by them expeditiously.
