(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of necessary/appropriate directions to the official respondents No. 2 to 4 to conduct proper, fair and expeditious investigation, in case FIR No. 84 dated 04.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363, 376D and 450 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Uttawar, District Palwal, Haryana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that complainant/petitioner herein is the father of the victim. As per allegations in the FIR (Annexure P-1), respondent No. 5 and 6, namely, Mujamil and Aarif, along with their accomplice, namely, Wajid, have abducted the minor daughter of the petitioner aged around 17 years at RISHU KATARIA 2024.08.27 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

On instructions from ASI Bheem, learned counsel for the State submits that there are total 03 accused persons in the present case, out of whom one stands arrested on 04.06.2024; whereas remaining 02 accused, namely, Mujamil and Aarif/respondents No. 5 and 6 herein, are still absconding. It is further submitted that they are not traceable, although, raids have conducted at their residential premises and other places which they frequent.
In view of the above, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case.
