Mr. Aayush Gupta, Advocate for respondent No.2. HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.151 dated 13.08.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Dhaka, Ludhiana.

Reply by way of an affidavit dated 05.12.2019 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Ludhiana (Rural), filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that now a compromise dated 28.01.2021 has been effected between the parties.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
