(ORAL) Prayer in the present Petition under Section 11/12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for not complying/violating the order dated 27.04.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed in CWP No. 8781 of 2023. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Contempt Petition as the same has been rendered infructuous as all the amount stands paid to the petitioner.
