(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants states that matter has been compromised between the parties and in course of hearing, has tendered a copy of affidavit/ compromise dated 15.12.2022 (in connected RSA-43-2010) effected between the parties. Same has been taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A' therein. He further states that in view thereof, he is under instructions not to press the appeal and same is rendered infructuous.

Disposed of, accordingly. Parties to remain bound by terms of the aforesaid compromise.
