The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-27325-2022, whereby without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, direction was issued to the respondent to decide the demand notice dated 08.09.2022 by passing a speaking order. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-27325-2022, learned counsel for the respondent has produced affidavit dated 06.04.2026 of Jitender Kumar, Director General Secondary Education, Haryana, along with promotion order dated 31.05.2023 and speaking order dated 15.01.2025 (Annexures R-1 & R2 respectively), on VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.04.10 18:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, since order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-27325-2022, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the Director Secondary Education, Haryana.
