(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to decide the objections filed by the petitioner on 15.02.2016 regarding wrong answer keys of 04 questions in written examination conducted by respondent No. 2.

On notice, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 stating therein that objection of the petitioner to question No. 35 and 36 were accepted and objection to answers to question No. 53, 59 and 70 have not been accepted. But still petitioner has not been found eligible to be called for interview as the petitioner has secured 126 marks out of 200 marks in BC-B category and the last candidate called for interview secured 132 marks in in BC-B category.
