The present revision petition was filed against the order dated 26.08.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ludhiana, vide which the application moved by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC read with Section 151 thereof for amendment of the plaint was dismissed.

No one has put in appearance for the petitioner despite repeated calls having been made. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
