(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.10 dated 31.01.2024 registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar (Rural) (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise/affidavit (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition after impleading all the accused.
