The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.290 dated 21.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (Sections 467, 468, 471 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code added later on) at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the legally available pleas before the trial Court, at the appropriate stages.
