(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has been very fair and honest to inform this Court that after filing the writ petition, he had been supplied copy of the impugned order rendered by the Financial Commissioner and seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law. He also submits that their possession may be protected for another one week in order to avail the remedy.
