**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for restraining the official respondent Nos.1 to 3 from conducting illegal and unconstitutional re-inquiry/parallel inquiries in complaint dated 09.07.2023 (Annexure P-11) and complaint No.240482 dated 09.10.2023 and other complaints instituted by respondent Nos.4 and 5 which has already been closed and filed vide detailed and elaborate enquiry report(s) dated 12.01.2022, 24.01.2022, 04.03.2022, 25.06.2022, 29.04.2023, 25.01.2024, and 23.04.2024, Annexures P-2 to P-8, respectively. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant case, however, petitioners are at liberty to seek quashing of the FIR at an appropriate stage in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
