Mr. Anil Kumar Malik, Advocate for the petitioner. *** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (Oral) In partition proceedings, a 'Sanad' was issued on 05.08.2020. The same was challenged by respondents No.3 and 4 by way of a revision petition filed before respondent No.2. It has been dismissed for nonprosecution. Said respondents No.3 and 4 have filed an application for its restoration and thus, the present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the application for restoration on an early date. The facts of this case show that the petitioner is not aggrieved with this 'Sanad'. The opposite party challenged the same and the revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thus, I do not see how the petitioner is aggrieved. No cause of action has arisen for filing of this writ petition and thus, the same is misconceived.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
