(Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has handed over a copy of the order dated 04.10.2022 passed by Secretary, Punjab School Education Board, Vidya Bhawan i.e. respondent No.2 and submits that the directions issued vide order dated 11.07.2022 passed in CWP No.14419 of 2022 stands complied with and the present petition is rendered infructuous.
A copy of this order has been supplied to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and she submits that in view of the said order the present petition is rendered infructuous. However, learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that she be granted liberty to avail her remedies available under the law.
