Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab, on advance copy, submits that in case the petitioner files such an appeal under the Act, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
