The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 04.06.2024 (Annexure P-13) as well as to quash the Sanad Takseem dated 28.12.2023 (Annexure P-11). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the instant petition as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
