(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order/memo dated 14th April, 2017 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.3, vide which the labour/cartage tender of Ferozepur Cantt. for the year 2017-2018 allotted to the petitioner has been cancelled without assigning any reason and the action of respondent No.3 vide which the aforesaid tender was allotted to respondent No.11 on the same day i.e. 14th April, 2017 be also set Jawala Ram 2017.08.30 15:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition certain new developments have taken place, which are also required to be assailed by way of filing a fresh comprehensive writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made by him to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and impugning the new developments as well.
