(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one seeking the regularization of the services of late husband of the petitioner and consequential benefits as he was fully eligible for the regularization of his services as per the instructions, which have been issued by the respondents on various occasions for the regularization of the services of the employees especially in view of the fact that late husband of the petitioner had worked for a period of more than 16 years before he attained the age of superannuation.
