NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.COMI/39/2015 dated 28.08.2015 titled as "Hardev Singh v. Brish Bhan and others" (Annexure P-2) and summoning order dated 16.10.2015 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moonak (Annexure P-3) under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, as well as all other consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
