(Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner for the post of State Programme Manager,for which the petitioner had applied on 27.01.2016, pursuant to advertisement dated 14.01.2016 An additional affidavit has been filed in the Court today and the same is taken on record. As per this affidavit, HSRLM decided not to fill the advertised posts, vide advertisement dated 08.01.2016 (R-1) as per revised qualifications and experience. The service rules relating to the post of State Programme Managers were amended and a fresh advertisement was issued, which was published on 28.10.2016 and the last date was 15.11.2016. But now the petitioner did not apply in response to the latest advertisement dated 28.10.2016.

Reference has been made to revised advertisement dated 23.11.2016 (P-3) and as per reservation policy of the State Government in the said advertisement, it has been clearly mentioned that candidates who have earlier applied in response to the advertisement published on 28.10.2016 have to apply Gaurav Arora 2019.05.
