KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Kumar stated that both the petitioners are at present living peacefully and no one is interfering in their marital life.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioners also admitted the aforesaid fact that now the petitioners are not facing threat from any person and she further made prayer that she be allowed to withdraw present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
