**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.125 dated 21.06.2024 under Sections 304 and 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 14.08.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 14.08.2024 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 14.08.2024 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
