(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 and 5, who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration number (PB05 AJ 1754 and PB05 AK 2499) with the help of recovery agents.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, District Ferozepur, to look into the representation dated 15.07.2024 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.
