This Court has already issued directions to the District Administration, Hoshiarpur and local Administration at Mukerian to identify the mortgaged property which was sold by the Bank to the auction-purchaser and hand over its peaceful vacant possession to the auction-purchaser, who is running from pillar to post from last several years. The petitioner, who is the wife of the borrower, has now come forward with this writ petition claiming that the property sought to be handed over to the auction-purchaser is actually owned by her and is not the mortgaged property. Such like factual issues, in our view, can be raised by her before the District and local Administration to whom this Court has issued directions vide order dated Meenu 2018.03.07 12:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh 19.01.2018 passed in CM Nos.16630-31-CWP-2017 in CWP No.24223 of
