(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner apprises the Court that the instant petition has become infructuous as petitioner Ujjagar Singh has recently passed away.

Learned State counsel also submits that as per his instructions, the petitioner had expired on 07.04.2022.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
