RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to do fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.139, dated 09.07.2021, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station NIT, Faridabad, Annexure P-1, with a further prayer to decide the representation dated 07.06.2022, Annexure P-2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that no progress has been made in the investigation. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits, on instructions from ASI Monika, that after investigation the cancellation report was prepared in this case and the same was filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
