(Oral) The petitioner is seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned action of respondent No. 3 for ignoring the petitioner for interview of the post of MPHW (Female) vide Advt. No. 1/2015 (P-1). This Court vide order dated 05.03.2018 directed the respondents to interview the petitioner provisionally, and further the results of the petitioner was ordered to be not pronounced till further orders. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the last candidate scored 110 marks and the petitioner scored 92 marks and further the selection process has also been completed.
