CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PANKAJ JAIN Present :
Mr. P.S. Sekhon, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Sehajbir S. Aulakh, Asstt. Advocate General, Punjab. PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has impugned order dated 19th of November, 2008 whereby his services were ordered to be dismissed. The same was upheld in the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner vide order dated 30th of September, 2009 (Annexure P-2). There is no further remedy provided under the Statute however the petitioner kept on making mercy appeals/petitions which obviously were immaterial. After 14 years it is too late in the day for the petitioner to impugned order dated 19th of November, 2008/30th of September, 2009. Resultantly, the present writ petition is ordered to be dismissed being barred by delay and laches.
