Dated Police Station Sections 24.07.2024 Jaitu, District Faridkot 109, 126(2), 115(2), 351(3), 191(3) & 190 BNSS 2023 The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 BNSS 2023. 2.

Counsel for the State on instructions submits that no incriminating evidence found against the petitioner and she has been declared innocent, as such her apprehension of arrest is meaningless.
