Advance copy of the petition is available with Mr. Sunish Bindlish, learned counsel representing the respondents-FCI. According to him, the tender has been allotted to M/s Ambay Transport Company, Street No. 1, Green Enclave, Faridkot Road, Kotkapura, Punjab vide order dated 15.12.2020. According to him, said tender has been allotted as per the conditions envisaged in the tender enquiry dated 09.10.2020 in L1 category. A copy of the order has been handedover to Mr. Kaushal, learned counsel representing the petitioners. In view of above, Mr. Kaushal submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to impugn the order dated 15.12.2020 as well. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
