   The present petition has been filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing the proceedings arising from and subsequent to filing criminal complaint no. RBT.111/2017, CIS по. COMI.483 of 2013 decided on 15.06.2018 (Annexure P.1) i.e. summoning order, framing of charge, judgment and order of conviction (Annexure P.2) passed on 15.06.2018 by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad vide which the petitioners was ordered to be convicted and sentenced to 1 year of SI under section 419/120.B IPC, 2 years of SI under Section 420/120.B IPC and fine of Rs.200/.2 years of SI under Section 468/120.B IPC and fine of Rs.200/.2 years of SI under Section 471/120.B IPC and fine of Rs.200/..

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for compounding of offences. Allowed as prayed for.
