CRM-M-43623-2022 Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.352, dated 09.06.2022, under Sections 363/366A/376(2)(n)/506 IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court of competent jurisdiction and files an application for regular bail, the concerned Court is requested to take into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and dispose of the same as per law expeditiously.
