(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to transfer of investigation in case FIR No.172 dated 07.3.2023, under Sections 382, 342, 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal City, Karnal to the CBI, Special Investigation Team, Crime Branch Agency in context of the representation dated 29.5.2023 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Inspector General of Police, Karnal, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 29.5.2023 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
