The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus by issuing direction to respondents to correct the revenue record by changing the ownership in the name of petitioner as per mutation No.7839 sanctioned as per the judgment and decree dated 09.01.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
