ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Contends that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment, dated 01.12.2010, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 8082 of 2001 (R.K. Verma and others v. State of Haryana and another) and other connected matters, therefore, the petitioners too are entitled to the same relief. And, the petition be disposed of in terms of the decision referred to above. Particularly, as in the light of the said judgment (Annexure P-2), the respondents themselves have passed an order, dated 03.02.2015 (Annexure P-4), and awarded the same relief to certain other employees.

Mr. R.K. Doon, AAG, Haryana, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies furnished. The factual position, as set out above, is not disputed by the learned State counsel, who rather submits that the matter is indeed covered by the decision of this Court in the case of R.K. Verma and others (supra) and be disposed of in terms thereof.
